DANCING, GAMES AND GOOD FOOD

were very important to Mozart. In this exhibition you had a go at dances from Mozart's times, or shooting with the crossbow or playing parlour games, just as Wolfgang Amadeus did. In the "Staiger'schen Café", you hat been able to taste culinary specialities taken directly from recipes books of Mozart's times.

EXHIBITION HIGHLIGHTS

Worthy of particular attention was the original score of Mozart's first composition (Köchel Listing: KV 1). Unique pieces of music autographed by Mozart, his original letters, valuable pictures, historical instruments and many other important memorabilia were also present. This material was available in the Neue Residenz Palace thanks to both international support and loans, and the most advanced technologies.
